Features of Joy Habit Course

This course is designed to help you accelerate your progress towards looking 20 years younger with Imi’s Bigan Yoga, using a habit-building system. To achieve your goals, it’s important to install a variety of habits in a balanced manner. We will deliver effective videos with a holistic approach on themes such as weight loss, slimming the abdomen, and facial lifting every month.  These videos cover not only exercises and massages but also nutrition, lifestyle habits, and mental practices.

To make habits stick, it’s crucial to incorporate multiple habits gradually throughout the day. That’s why the Joy Habits Course is designed to help you increase what you can do in your spare time. This course features a re-edited compilation of Imi’s previous videos, including the Masterpiece Methods.

We’ve prepared a special work called Kotodama Work for members above the Joy Habits Course level to accelerate your habit formation. Kotodama refers to the spirit of words in Japanese. I have been practicing this method for many years and have successfully implemented it with many of my students. In a nutshell, Kotodama Work is self-transformation that begins with a single pen. As many sages have said in the past, by writing on paper, the self you depict becomes reality! Of course, a tablet and a pen also work. Kotodama Work uses the power of words to guide you towards your ideal self. Kotodama Work is provided in the form of a Member Post.  Additionally, explanatory videos will also be distributed to members. Specifically, Kotodama Work is a method designed to strengthen self-image and promote behavioral changes.

Also, for those who watch the same videos over and over again,You can Save yourself the trouble of skipping an opening each time, so it will be easier to get into the habit of Bigan yoga even more.
